Taifa Stars have been drawn in Group L in the AFCON 2027 qualifying draw, a group that contains teams from Nigeria, Madagascar and Guinea-Bissau.

The qualifying match schedule will be as follows:

• First and second rounds: September 21 to October 6, 2026.

• Third and fourth rounds: November 9 to November 17, 2026.

• Fifth and sixth rounds: March 22 to March 30, 2027.
