Key Responsibilities
Assist guests and visitors with luggage and deliveries.
Maintain cleanliness of entrances, lobbies and public areas.
Support reception and general operational activities.
Transport office equipment and supplies safely within the facility.
Report suspicious activities or safety concerns to management.
Qualification
Form Four Certificate (Ordinary Level Secondary Education).
Experience
Minimum 1 year of hospitality experience. Attendance of security training or JKT (Jeshi la
Kujenga Taifa) is required.
Language
Good communication skills. English an advantage.
